At PDX Arsenal, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and highly effective training experience. To ensure fairness and clarity for all students, we ask that you carefully review the following policies before completing your registration.
Class Rescheduling & Attendance
Rescheduling Fees
- A $25 rescheduling fee applies to any reschedule requests made after your registration is completed.
- Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the class start time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, as we do not have sufficient time to fill your reserved seat.
No-Call/No-Show Policy
- Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not provide prior notice (“no-call / no-show”) will forfeit 100% of their class fee.
Refund Policy
- All class registrations are non-refundable once completed.
Rescheduling in Place of Refunds
- If you are unable to attend your class, you may request to reschedule (subject to the rescheduling policies and applicable fees listed above.) Refunds are not offered after you have completed your reservation process.
Cancellations by PDX Arsenal
- In the rare event that PDX Arsenal must cancel a class, students will be given the option to:
- Transfer their registration to a future class date at no charge, or
- Receive a full refund of their class fee
