At PDX Arsenal, we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and highly effective training experience. To ensure fairness and clarity for all students, we ask that you carefully review the following policies before completing your registration.

Class Rescheduling & Attendance

Confirm Availability Before Registering

    • Please make sure you are able to attend your chosen class date and time before finalizing your registration.

Rescheduling Fees

      • A $25 rescheduling fee applies to any changes made after your registration is completed.
      • If a reschedule request is made within 24 hours of the class start time, the fee increases to $50.

No-Show Policy

    • Students who do not attend their scheduled class without providing notice (“no-call/no-show”) will forfeit 100% of their class fee.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your personal schedule before registering to avoid additional fees or forfeiture of your payment. 

Refund Policy

    • Non-Refundable Registrations
    • All class registrations are non-refundable once completed.

Rescheduling in Place of Refunds

  • If you are unable to attend your class, you may request to reschedule (subject to our Rescheduling Policy and applicable fees) rather than receiving a refund.

Cancellations by PDX Arsenal

  • In the rare event that PDX Arsenal must cancel a class, students will be given the option to:
    1. Transfer their registration to a future class date at no additional charge, or
    2. Receive a full refund of the class fee.
